ROLE DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will actively promote insurance products, assist customers with their insurance needs, and deliver exceptional service that exceeds expectations. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to identify insurance needs and present tailored solutions
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements to recommend appropriate insurance products, ensuring clarity and transparency in all communications
  • Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations
  • Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and tracking leads using ECRM systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and guiding clients through policy details
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing clients

EXPERIENCE
  • Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, preferably within the insurance industry or related fields
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities are a plus)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales administration, analysis skills, and benefits administration processes
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport with diverse customer bases and convey product benefits convincingly
  • Prior experience in customer service roles that require active listening, problem-solving, and relationship management

****IMPORTANT INFORMATION****
This is a Part-Time/ In-Office position (16-24 hours per week)
Position pays hourly base + monthly sales commissions.
Office Hours are M/T/W/F. Closed Thursdays
All team members will be required to obtain Auto, Fire, Life & Health Insurance Producers Licensing. We will help!


Compensation $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
